1. Introduction

Welcome to ARXD Hosting. By accessing or using any part of our website, services, or products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of ARXD Hosting, including those using our web hosting, game server hosting, and voice communication hosting services.

2. Description of Services

ARXD Hosting provides a variety of digital services including but not limited to shared and VPS web hosting, domain registration, Minecraft server hosting (Paper, Forge, Sponge, BungeeCord, Vanilla), GTA RP, Rust, CS:GO, Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 2 servers, and voice servers (TeamSpeak, Mumble). All services are subject to capacity limits, availability, and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Account Registration & Security

• To access certain services, users must register and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and crypto (optional). Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in service suspension or termination. ARXD Hosting reserves the right to modify pricing and billing cycles with prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on web hosting services only. Game servers, domain names, and voice servers are non-refundable due to licensing and provisioning costs. Refund requests after the guarantee period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• Users must not engage in any illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior.
• Prohibited activities include spam, DDoS attacks, unauthorized penetration testing, and hosting pirated content.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our AUP.

7. Game Server Usage

You are fully responsible for your game server configuration, mods, uploaded content, and ensuring compliance with the EULAs of respective game developers. ARXD Hosting does not support or allow the use of game servers for unauthorized commercial exploitation or distribution of copyrighted assets.

8. Data Security & Backups

While we implement standard industry security protocols, we make no guarantees of data integrity or backup unless explicitly included in your plan. Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ARXD Hosting, its officers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without notice if the user breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or engages in conduct harmful to the service or other users.

11. Changes to the Terms

ARXD Hosting may revise these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
